Authentication
Send your API key in the X-Api-Key header on every request (except the demo endpoint).

Rate limits
Each API key has a per-minute request limit (see response headers). Monthly quotas per plan via GET /v1/usage.

Credit in your product: BAG via Kadaster/PDOK, energy label via RVO EP-Online, and "CBS, CC BY 4.0" for neighbourhood figures.
